Service terms

An enquiry is non-binding and does not reserve a date. Scope, price, timing, access and supplements are agreed in writing before a job is confirmed. If weather prevents work, we inform the customer and agree a plan. Additional work and other providers are agreed separately. The cabin owner manages rental listings, guests and bookings. Inspections are agreed visual checks. Payment deadlines and cancellation terms are provided in the quote before you confirm a job. Statutory rights apply.
